Drama as Herdsmen Block Gov. Rochas Okorocha's Convoy in Owerri (Photos)

A mild drama that lasted for up to 30 minutes played out on Sunday as herdsmen blocked the convoy of Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha.

Governor Rochas Okorocha and his convoy on its way to inspect a project had a terrible time as some Fulani herdsmen and their cattle obstructed the movement of the Governor's convoy holding them on the road for up to 30 minutes.

According to news sources, the incident happened in Imo State at Amakohia Orlu Road in Owerri the state capital yesterday afternoon.

The Governor was on his way to inspect a project with some journalists when his convoy ran into the herdsmen and their cattle. After frantic effort, the governor's security detail brought the situation under control.
